We value our customers at MALL ARX and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we follow a 10-day return policy for undamaged and unworn goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You will be credited for the full amount of the items purchased, provided that the items are returned in original condition Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. All refunds must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Worn, adjusted or damaged products cannot be refunded. No refunds will be issued on items that has been personalized, engraved, sized or otherwise altered. This includes sizing of any timepieces.
